Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Kimball Midwest. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and grow the area

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity

• Plan and prioritize customer stops and territory growth to achieve sales quotas

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and report back to customers on cost-savings ability

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training, and/or managing individuals and teams

• Ability to move to and from customer and associate locations and Company meetings
