Role Overview: As a Human Resource Coordinator at About You In Home Care, you will be at the heart of our HR operations. This role is integral to ensuring that our human resources processes run smoothly and efficiently, directly impacting the quality of care we provide. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Human Resource Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Applicant and Employee Support: Respond to frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding the hiring process, showcasing your strong communication skills.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in managing human resource files and records.
  • Clerical Support: Provide essential clerical support to the HR department, contributing to the department's overall efficiency.
  • Interview and Onboarding Assistance: Conduct or assist with new hire interviews, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for all new team members.
  • Adaptability: Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt and contribute wherever needed.
  • Reliability: Your consistent and reliable performance will be crucial to your success in this role.

Required Skills and Abilities: To succeed as a Human Resource Coordinator, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both applicants and employees.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to maintain precise and accurate records.
