Responsibilities:

  • Take on various roles within the organization to help ensure effective day-to-day operations.
  • Review and approve timecards daily to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Create reports and memos to support senior-level officers as needed.
  • Assist with organizing and executing events, as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties, as needed.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all actions.
  • Help with managing our fleet and assets
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as required


Requirements:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or related role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with social media platforms, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
