We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Ontario, California. This role is in the construction industry and will involve various administrative tasks to assist our team. The workplace is a dynamic and supportive environment where the individual will have the opportunity to grow within the company.


Responsibilities:


• Provide comprehensive administrative support including handling correspondence, scheduling, and answering phones

• Execute data entry tasks and manage documents effectively

• Provide entry-level accounting support to the team (this is not a requirement but a preferred skill)

• Maintain and organize records of project files and contracts efficiently

• Coordinate meetings and aid in project planning

• Carry out other office tasks as required

• Assist in maintaining customer accounts by monitoring them and taking appropriate action

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Utilize various Microsoft Office Suite tools including Word, Excel, Outlook for daily tasks

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls and correspond via email as part of customer service duties

• Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries effectively.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with handling inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently
• Proven experience in scheduling appointments
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
