Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Westin Furniture. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, maintain a calendar, and ensure timely reminders and notifications.
- Meeting Organization and Minutes: Organize meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Correspondence and Communication: Write emails, memos, and letters, and distribute them appropriately.
- Reporting and Data Management: Contribute to company reports, maintain accurate records, and monitor inventory levels.
- Office Procedures and Maintenance: Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures, and ensure the maintenance of an organized filing system.
- Purchase Orders and Inventory: Manage and process purchase orders for office supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate records of inventory.
- Equipment Maintenance and Security: Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment, and collaborate with the IT department to maintain security cameras and key distribution.
- Staff Relations and Communication: Handle staff relations, implement policies, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or administrative training preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position.
- Skills: Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with standard office equipment.
