Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Avison Young. As a key member of our commercial real estate team, you will provide administrative support to our brokers and clients, ensuring seamless transaction execution and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain legal documents, property listings, and client reports
- Coordinate deal processing, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and proposals
- Conduct market research and update CRM database
- Provide administrative support for internal and external correspondence
- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience
- CA Salesperson License
- Advanced knowledge of business software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
