This position puts a human face on all of our customer touchpoints. You’ll be on the phone, managing email and chat, assisting customers with service status questions – as well as being a point-of-contact at our physical office location. You’ll get to know our products and services and become an expert at advising customers. You’re going to be completely empowered to grow professionally, and WOW those you work and interact with.

The position is based out of our Greensboro, NC office: 4344 Federal Dr. Ste 104 Greensboro NC 27410

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner while utilizing scripts to handle difficult customer situations.
  • Communicate through various channels such as face-to-face meeting, email, chat, and phone calls.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Maintain records of customer interaction, transactions, comments, complaints.
  • Follow up on leads and estimates provided to new and existing customers.
  • Understanding our products/services inside and out.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 1-year previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Strong inter-personal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Experience with Service Titan a plus.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma.
