  • Demonstrate knowledge of fire safety and emergency protocols, reporting any safety violations.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course.
  • Certification as a Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant is required.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ability to work in a senior care environment while ensuring safety and health for all.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work well within a team.
