Position Summary: In the role of Patient Services Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for our patients by providing exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, therapists, and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointment scheduling and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Perform light clinical tasks directly with patients during their visits.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions between departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with cash handling duties.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of recent administrative or clerical experience.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficient in managing multi-line phone systems and handling cash transactions.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to perform light clinical duties, such as administering drug tests and documenting vital signs.
