What you’ll be doing?
  • Preparing, verifying, and counting documents for scanning. Scan if needed
  • Use sorting sheets as trained
  • Perform other basic office duties as assigned
  • Process rejects and rescans as needed in QuickClaim
  • Ensure that all PHI information is kept confidential
  • QC, Scanning, and Archiving documents including paper and film
  • May require some document processing if poorly done
  • Monitor tickets to ensure timely completion of client requests in TeamSupport
  • Pull documents in archive boxes and reprocess documents as needed
  • Scan x-ray to its current documents as needed
  • Attach additional documentation from CDs to documents currently in the systems
  • Determine different type of documents and/or information to reprocess
  • Monitor and actively work the Rescan Review Queue in QuickClaim
  • Address clients questions and concerns and complete clients requests
  • Process incoming mail based on customer required sorts. Sorts can be done via physical paper or through QuickClaim on the provided SDS PC
