Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, managing all IT-related duties, including the setup and upkeep of computers, network systems, Wi-Fi, and printers.
- Administer and maintain Office 365 accounts, software subscriptions, VPN access, and software licenses.
- Deliver user training and technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software challenges, and support security audits and events.
- Facilitate system integrations and process enhancements, acting as a consultant to boost productivity.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Office 365, Windows, and related support applications.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support and a two-year degree or equivalent knowledge.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight and manage after-hours support.
- Comprehensive understanding of MS365, Windows, Microsoft Intune, Defender, AzureAD, Cisco VPN, and cybersecurity principles.
