Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to become a vital part of our therapy center. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or mental health issues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional behavior assessments and create tailored behavior intervention strategies.
  • Apply behavior modification methods in both individual and group therapy environments.
  • Gather and evaluate data to monitor client progress and refine treatment plans as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with therapists, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Keep precise and current records of client development and treatment results.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
  • Certification as a BCaBA or RBT is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with individuals facing behavioral or developmental challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.
