ROOFING SALES MANAGER NEEDED

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and motivating successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Foster a positive and competitive sales culture.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Identify new market opportunities and adjust tactics to meet changing market demands.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provide regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Price List Management: Oversee Pricelist and work with production to ensure accuracy and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
