Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular sales visits to both on-premise and off-premise clients to foster strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Develop and maintain an effective daily sales call schedule tailored to your territory.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and product placement goals.
- Evaluate your territory and accounts to identify priority sales, promotional, and merchandising opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, competitive insights, and payment performance for all accounts.
- Identify and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions regarding product positioning.
- Ensure that point-of-sale materials are current and effectively displayed within accounts.
- Accurately capture order information and manage daily sales order entries using the designated sales system.
- Assist clients with inventory management, including product availability and stock rotation.
- Engage in sales projects, account assessments, proposals, and presentations as needed.
- Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and industry tours to stay informed about company policies and market developments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with three years of relevant experience.
- Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
Physical Requirements
This role may involve physical activities such as sitting, typing, walking, bending, and driving for extended periods. The ability to lift and carry up to 56 lbs may also be required.
