About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our national sales team at AZZ. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, Train, and Oversee a National Sales Team
  • Create Monthly Plans and Budgets
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies to Drive Customer Acquisition
  • Implement a CRM System for the Sales Team
  • Develop Targeted Campaigns for Prospects and Leads
  • Collaborate with Marketing to Develop Promotional Strategies
  • Develop Account-Specific Approaches to Expand Business
  • Build Lasting Relationships with Customers through Regular Communication
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with a knack for meeting deadlines. Additional qualifications include:

  • At Least a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 Years of Sales Leadership Experience
  • Previous Experience in Industry Sales or Similar Field
  • Ability to Travel Frequently
  • Demonstrated Ability to Drive Change and Achieve Results
  • Self-Motivated, Adaptable, and Adept at Managing Large Accounts
