Stine Seed Company, a leading national seed company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Independent Sales Representative to cover the South Central Wisconsin territory. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to grow professionally and financially with a respected corn and soybean seed company.

**Responsibilities:**

* Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory
* Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales
* Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory to meet sales goals
* Work in conjunction with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide a high level of sales support within the assigned territory

**Requirements:**

* Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
* Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
* Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals
