Requirements
  1. Lead Generation:
    1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
    2. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
    3. Utilize various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and engage potential clients.
  2. Client Acquisition:
    1. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
    2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
    3. Conduct effective presentations and pitches to showcase our products/services
  3. Market Analysis:
    1. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    2. Analyze and report on key market insights to inform business development strategies.
  4. Proposal Development:
    1. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals.
    2. Customize proposals based on client needs and align them with the company's capabilities.
    3. Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or a related role 2+ years experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Language Preferred: Mandarin
