Business Development Specialist

Covington & Burling LLP is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to support the Firm's Litigation groups in marketing and developing new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to secure new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create and execute marketing campaigns, including content development, event planning, and social media management.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources.
- Assist in the development of business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Track and analyze business development metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a professional services marketing role.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
