 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Integration Specialist, you will work closely with our Sync1 Systems product and development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supporting the integration of various systems and applications across the organization. You will work closely with technical teams, partners, and business stakeholders to ensure that integrations are implemented smoothly, maintained efficiently, and meet business requirements. Additionally, you will offer ongoing support for existing integrations to ensure the continued success of our relationships.  Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:

 

·        Integration Management: Oversee the implementation and support of integration projects, ensuring they are

         completed on time and meet organizational needs.

·        Technical Coordination: Act as a liaison between technical teams, partners, and business units to facilitate effective

          communication and problem-solving during integration projects.

·        System Monitoring: Monitor integrated systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently, and quickly

         address any issues that arise.

·        Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, working closely with internal teams and

         partners to identify and correct problems.

·        Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for integration processes, including system

         configurations, workflows, and support procedures.

·        User Support: Provide technical support to users and stakeholders, helping them understand how integrated

         systems work and addressing any questions or concerns.

·        Partner Coordination: Work with partners to ensure their systems integrate effectively with internal systems,

         coordinating testing and resolving any issues that occur.

·        Ongoing Partner Support: Offer continuous support to partners by addressing their needs, troubleshooting issues,

         and ensuring that integrations remain effective and efficient.

·        Event and Communication Coordination: Help coordinate webinars, press releases, and user conference material to

         ensure effective communication and user engagement.

·        Compliance and Security: Ensure that all integrations comply with internal security policies and relevant industry

         regulations.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work

         experience.

·        Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in systems integration, support, or a related technical role.

·        Technical Skills: Familiarity with REST / SOAP Tools. Basic understanding of system administration, databases, and

         network configurations.

·        Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

·        Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams,

         partners, and non-technical stakeholders.

·        Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing integration tasks and

         documentation.

·        Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


REQUIRED SKILLS

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Demonstrates strong analytical/problem solving skills and the ability to follow procedures

·        Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and set priorities

·        Solution oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, and accuracy

·        Ability to work independently

·        Ability to take direction and execute effectively

·        Project management experience

·        Meet deadlines and prioritize effectively

·        Work cohesively with a team or partner

 

 Technical Skills

·        Working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and JSON

·        REST / SOAP Tools

·        Swagger, Postman

·        Database experience

·        Agile development methodologies

·        Experience with ticketing systems such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, TargetProcess, Zendesk.

·        Experience in user story writing for product development
