If so, we'd love to meet you  Our team is looking for someone to join us to train as a Business Development Coordinator and help support our communities in the Tulsa Area. The Business Development Coordinator is key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. Daily field activities, interacting with clients, and referral sources, the responsibility is varied, fast-paced, and rewarding. A mix of social services, operations, customer service, finance, sales, recruiting, and human resources are all parts of an exciting role. Business Development Coordinator Duties include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Meeting with prospective clients in the field.
  • Works 90% in the field, needs a reliable vehicle.
  • Requires on call for inquiries.
  • Meets with potential referral sources in the field.
  • Loves to gives presentations and educates referral sources in the local community.
  • Ideal candidate has some Geriatric, Dementia, and Alzheimer's Training, nursing experience would be a plus.
  • Attends After Hour networking Events.
  • Matching clients to caregivers that meet their needs.
  • Supports social media channels.
  • Completes daily sales activity and case opener paperwork.
  • Flexible Schedule.

 

Referral Coordinator Job Requirements:

  • Must meet sales goals, and build relationships in an established office. 
  • Articulate, Presentation Skills, and ability to Problem-Solve. 
  • Elevated level of emotional intelligence.
  • Creative critical thinking skills, and follow through.
  • Organize a daily Schedule.
