Job Title: Assistant Resales Administrator

Full-Time position - 40 hours per week

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm


Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC), the property management company for Leisure World of Maryland, a private, age-restricted community comprising 29 housing associations and 8,000 residents located in Montgomery County, Maryland, has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Resales Administrator.

JOB PURPOSE:

Performs numerous and diverse functions in assisting the Resale Administrator in the daily management and operation of the Resale department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:

  • Learns procedures and policies as required.
  • Prepares and furnishes information to sellers, real estate agents, loan officers, buyers, and settlement offices.
  • Reviews and processes Resale Disclosure requests in a timely manner by accessing www.homewisedocs.com
  • Reviews and processes Resale Payoff Statement/Demand Order requests in a timely manner by accessing www.homewisedocs.com
  • Prepares and distributes Condo & Homeowners Association Resales certificates by accessing www.homewisedocs.com
  • Reviews and processes Lender Questionnaire request in a timely manner by accessing www.homewisedocs.com, research accounts, and files.
  • Xeroxes, faxes, files and enters data into the computer.
  • Answers phones, email/fax/in-person correspondence.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

YEARS AND TYPE OF EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Must be computer literate and knowledgeable using Microsoft Office and Excel or comparable software
  • Ability to consistently provide a high level of accurate work delivered in a timely manner
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
  • Ability to take care of customers' needs while following company procedures
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
