Job Summary

Puente de Vida LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant III to support our daily office operations in the Silver Springs, MD area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical and administrative support to our managers and staff, including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing paperwork.
  • Office Operations: Assist with office operations, projects, and special assignments, including coordinating logistical details and preparing reports.
  • Timekeeping and Travel: Assist with timekeeping needs of the office, including tracking hours worked and preparing travel arrangements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both manually and electronically, and ensure compliance with FDA records management requirements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, including written and verbal communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least two years of general experience, with one year directly related to administrative support.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office and ability to type at least 40 WPM.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: None required.
  • Clearance: Must be eligible to work in the US and able to obtain a clearance.
