Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Assistant Resale Administrator. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Resale Administrator with the daily operations of the Resale department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire knowledge of necessary procedures and policies.
- Provide essential information to sellers, real estate professionals, loan officers, buyers, and settlement agencies.
- Timely review and processing of Resale Disclosure requests.
- Efficiently handle Resale Payoff Statement/Demand Order requests.
- Prepare and distribute Resale certificates for Condo & Homeowners Associations.
- Manage Lender Questionnaire requests, including account research and documentation.
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, fax, and in-person communications.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience or training preferred.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to deliver accurate work consistently and on time.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with clerical and administrative processes.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on adhering to company policies.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling various calculations.
- Capable of understanding and executing instructions in various formats.
