Job Duties:

· Calendar management-managing 7 calendars.

· Document preparation for board meetings.

· Taking minutes during the board meeting.

· Emailing and communicating on behalf of the executives.

· Ordering office supplies.

· Distributing invoices.

· Review contracts-document control, making sure it is sent to all the appropriate parties for review.

· Catering lunches.

· Expense reports.

· Creating flyers in Canva for employees about upcoming events.


Requirements:

· MS Office

· Minimum of 5 years of supporting senior leadership


Preferred:

Healthcare experience
