As the HubSpot Revenue Operations Manager, you will live in the data from our company wide source of truth - HubSpot CRM. You’ll be creating reports, dissecting processes and analyzing content to provide actionable insight to our heads of department and executive team. Reporting to our Vice President of Sales, you will be a part of the newly formed team, where all revenue generating operations come together, working closely with our Customer leaders on forecasting, performance management metrics, processes, and systems. You will be a trusted HubSpot partner and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve the productivity and scale of the Go To Market Function of our organization. While this role is not customer facing, everything you do will revolve around ensuring a “Customer First” mindset is at play and is the core focus of every process we create.

Some of your contributions will include:

  • Own creation of reports and dashboards inside HubSpot to measure and report on key revenue metrics, and perform deep analyses on the leading, in-process, and lagging indicators.
  • As a member of the Global Operations team, you will monitor and report on full-funnel operations and performance, and ensure application of appropriate actions.
  • Support rollouts of new and improved tools for all GTM teams, being a key resource to each department's Leadership and a resource to each team’s individual contributors, helping develop training and ongoing knowledge checks.
  • Analyze gaps in process for our newly redesigned Professional Services function, adjusting process to ensure timely revenue attribution and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency across all GTM functions.
  • Be part of our Deal Desk function, analyzing quotes from Sales to ensure equitable pricing and quality deals are being constructed and passed to merchants and partners.
  • Identify opportunities for improved business efficiency and revenue gains, taking ownership of problems found and driving a solution to completion.

Who You Are:

  • You are operationally minded, learn systems quickly and have a knack for applying technology and systems to revenue generating processes.
  • You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and are just as comfortable gathering requirements from non-technical business users as you are communicating these requirements to high functioning experts.
  • You have a strong track record of driving superb performance in Go-to-market functions.
  • You never stop asking why, constantly forming and testing hypotheses, making sure to validate all assumptions with data.
  • You are equally able to grasp the big picture, and the various components working towards that end.
  • You are insightful, resourceful, motivated, and find fulfillment by enabling others.
  • You can manage your workload, quickly prioritize your work to ensure deadlines are met and work independently with minimal supervision.

What You’ve Done:

  • Required: 5+ years in a Go-to-market role (Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Support) or similar role at a SaaS company.
  • Required: 5 years working experience with HubSpot and/or the following certifications completed from HubSpot Academy
  • Revenue Operations
  • Sales Hub Software
  • Service Hub Software
  • Marketing Hub Software
  • Preferred: Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Preferred: Experience in a Deal Desk or Quote Approval role with Software Sales teams

What to expect:

Your time is valuable and we are excited to receive your application. An additional interview will be scheduled with our VP of Sales, after which a hiring decision will be made.
