NumberCruncher, part of the Fullsteam organization, is a leading provider of inventory and order management software for the QuickBooks community. Founded in 1999, NumberCruncher was the first developer to invest in the QuickBooks SDK (software development kit) from Intuit. Our mission is to provide innovative, scalable, and cost-effective inventory management solutions that solve real world business issues, resulting in total customer satisfaction, increased profitability and competitive advantage.

We are searching for a Customer Technical Support to join our team. This is a fulltime and 100% remote role.

This role will be responsible for providing excellent technical support. You will also assist other teams such as Sales and Marketing as necessary. This position has frequent contact with end-users via the support desk and video chats so professionalism and computer savvy is a must. You will report to the Customer Success Manager as the ultimate goal is to keep the clients happy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer Help Desk Tickets

• Assist Customers with Errors

Skills & Competencies:

• Professional Communication skills (Written and Oral)

• Working within Team environment

• Ability to learn Order Time

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Level Degree

• 1+ years of Customer Facing Support experience

• Experience using Ticketing Software

• Experience with Microsoft suite of Programs and Google Workspace

Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field

• Experience with Hubspot and Hubspot Ticketing
