Position Overview: The Revenue Cycle Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing billing and reporting systems. This includes:
- Leading and strategizing operations
- Ensuring compliance with contract and accounting policies
- Analyzing and reporting revenue
- Managing and developing staff
This role involves designing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures while optimizing billing processes. It is a highly visible position that requires a strong leader capable of prioritizing, planning, and directing the billing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to gather support data for invoice accuracy
- Address specific billing discrepancies
- Contribute to the development of policies and systems for effective premium billing management
- Educate clients on invoice delivery and payment options via online platforms
- Monitor outstanding balances and take necessary actions to ensure timely payments
- Oversee invoice preparation and reconciliation with accounts receivable
- Conduct quality assurance and audits of billing activities
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a Monday to Friday schedule. Employees are expected to work during standard business hours. Flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, with hours aligned to your schedule. The duration of training will vary based on individual performance.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a relevant billing or professional role
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Experience in Government Contracting Billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and integrated accounting systems
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with contracts and various pricing formats
- Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint accounting system
Telecommuting Requirements:

- Ability to secure sensitive company documents
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
