About the Role:

The Revenue Transactions Coordinator is a key member of our team at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions throughout the park. As a vital part of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly revenue transactions, including cash handling and financial reporting.
  • Assist with the issuance and balancing of entitlement products, such as tickets and passes.
  • Prepare and manage daily deposits, including miscellaneous debit and credit transactions.
  • Collect and process daily paperwork and receivables from throughout the park.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, and report any issues to management.
  • Perform quality control checks on financial transactions and reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and expectations.
  • Assist with special projects in the finance department, such as inventory management and reconciliation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuit of college degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
  • Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, including early morning starts.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Able to interact positively with guests and colleagues of all ages and backgrounds.
