The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in representing our brand by showcasing a positive demeanor, maintaining high energy levels, and ensuring quality in every aspect of the job.

Key Responsibilities:
The Revenue Operations Specialist is tasked with executing daily, weekly, and monthly financial transaction responsibilities, which include, but are not limited to: inputting revenue transactions, organizing files, and generating Over/Short reconciliation reports. This position is accountable for managing funds received from guests and team members while accurately recording all monetary exchanges. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the issuance and balancing of entitlement products
  • Preparing daily deposits, including various debit and credit transactions
  • Collecting daily paperwork and receivables from various locations
  • Identifying, resolving, and reporting discrepancies
  • Managing reverse ATMs and troubleshooting related issues
  • Supporting back-office ticket printing tasks
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers
  • Contributing to special projects within the Finance department, such as inventory recounting and verification
  • Occasionally assisting other departments and areas as needed
  • Performing cleaning duties, including the use of cleaning agents
  • Executing other assigned tasks as required

Qualifications for Success:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required; pursuit of a college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong foundational math skills, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to compose effective business correspondence
  • Capable of presenting information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work shifts starting at 7:00 am
  • Physically capable of using hands and fingers, reaching, handling, feeling, stooping, or kneeling
  • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift/move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of standing, sitting, or kneeling for extended periods
  • Skilled in positively interacting with guests and colleagues of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
