Scope of Position & Technical Competency -:

Core responsibilities

  • Lead all marketing efforts for M&S EAP and Compass.
    • Includes formulating strategic marketing plans within the allotted budget, establishing a presence in the community, forming key customer relationships, both internally and externally, to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue.
  • Direct the response to, and composition of, any RFPs, formal proposals, and contracts from new and/or existing clients for both EAP and Compass services.
  • Direct all marketing efforts for Mazzitti & Sullivan EAP. This includes networking/client prospect events, conferences, speaking engagements and direct prospecting.

Performance goals and expectations

  • Increased knowledge of best practices within both EAP and consulting industries.
  • Continued growth in the number of EAP and Compass clients.
  • Continued growth in community presence, and in number of overall service requests through marketing.
  • Grow the marketing footprint of Mazzitti & Sullivan EAP.

Technical Competencies Required

  • A thorough knowledge of the EAP and consulting markets, services the organization provides, and industry competitors.
  • In depth knowledge of Employee Assistance Program and Compass procedures and practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written).

Education, Experience:


Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales and marketing.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with Microsoft applications and other business intelligence platforms
