Position Overview:
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will drive broker sales strategy and manage broker and General Agent (GA) relationships, fostering growth and developing new partnerships. You will represent the company at local events, provide market insights, and achieve sales goals with superior service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Drive broker sales strategy and manage broker/GA relationships.
  • Partnerships: Identify and develop new partnerships.
  • Representation: Represent the company at local events.
  • Insights: Test and share insights on growth opportunities.
  • Goals: Achieve sales goals with superior service.
  • Market Research: Provide local market research and competitive intelligence.
Territory:
  • Miami, FL / Jacksonville, FL / Orlando, FL
Background Profile:
Required Experience: 4+ years in health insurance sales with an insurance carrier or broker sales role
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Preferred
Travel: Up to 50%
  • Sales Hunter: Proven track record of new business sales.
  • Broker Relations: Experience working with brokers and their clients.
  • Market Data: Skilled in using market data for decision-making and process improvements.
  • Health Insurance Sales: Strong background in health insurance sales.
  • Lead Generation: Experience establishing relationships with self-generated leads.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Group Sales: Experience in selling employee benefits to groups of 51-500 lives.
  • Team Oriented: Conscientious and comfortable working with diverse customers; positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
