GENERAL SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will reside in or near the Miami, FL vicinity.

We are open to considering candidates from surrounding areas as well.

You will collaborate with several of our key distributors, broadliners, and food service suppliers. This role is a remote sales position based from home.

Job Description:

  • Accountable for meeting sales targets and implementing sales strategies, both in terms of volume and profitability, within the designated sales region. Responsible for securing and sustaining product distribution and maintaining effective agreements.
  • Engages in direct communication with customers, both existing and potential.
  • Conducts promotional activities in the field and develops new client accounts.
  • Demonstrates products and assists in their optimal application.
  • Reaches out to prospects to articulate the features and benefits of products offered, employing persuasive sales techniques.
  • Evaluates records of current and past sales, market trends, costs, estimated and actual revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.
  • Analyzes accounts, trends, and records for management interpretation.
  • Responsible for finalizing sales transactions.
  • Manages accounts and maintains relationships concerning pricing, product warranty claims, receivables, etc.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to travel frequently (30-40%), including some overnight trips.
  • Demonstrated skills and attributes include initiative, problem-solving, negotiation, and effective communication skills (written, presentation, and verbal).
  • Ability to operate independently.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Education and/or Experience:

  • BA/BS degree preferred in business, sales/marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have 2-3 years of prior sales experience.
