Role Overview:
Responsibilities:
Meet and surpass sales growth objectives within the designated region.
Identify and assess potential business opportunities.
Respond to client inquiries and create tailored proposals.
Close sales in the radiation therapy and industrial sectors.
Spend 50% of the time in-office and travel for client presentations the rest of the time.
Target both potential and existing clients, as well as key decision-makers.
Drive market expansion through lead generation and new business identification.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
Exhibit confidence in direct sales and cold calling.
Compile and prioritize lists of potential clients.
Represent ExpertHiring’s products and services in direct interactions.
Prepare and finalize sales contracts.
Participate in technical meetings, trade exhibitions, and presentations on behalf of ExpertHiring.
Deliver presentations at national corporate medical facilities and equipment manufacturers.
Establish connections with key industry influencers.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Associate degree, ideally in business, construction, or the shielding sector.
Solid grasp of sales strategies and practices, with proficiency in direct and telephonic sales.
Basic understanding of architectural processes, distribution channels, and construction elements.
Strong interpersonal abilities for developing and sustaining key accounts.
Capable of interpreting blueprints and estimates.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for organizing sales pitches.
Proficient in generating qualified leads and effective follow-up.
Able to manage multiple tasks and perform well in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Experience in prospecting, cold calling strategies, and territory management plans.
Knowledge of the construction and distribution industry is advantageous.
Understanding of the construction contracting landscape.
Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to address client needs.
Technical expertise to inform clients about ExpertHiring’s offerings.
Willingness to adhere to ISO standards and procedures.
Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time.
Possession of a valid Driver's License.
