Do you want to play a crucial role in assisting our new and existing customers with migrating data from third-party systems into our software?

 

As a Data Transfer Specialist at Ivy Computer, you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the smooth transition of data. This involves working closely with customers to make necessary modifications to their data, keeping meticulous records throughout the process, and ensuring that the data transfer is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. You will utilize transfer scripts, SQL queries, macros, and various conversion tools to accomplish this task. Additionally, you will address any issues that arise during the transfer process and verify that all data points migrate accurately.

 

In this role, you should:

 

  • Have experience with Excel, including macros and data manipulation.
  • The ability to write effective database queries. Experience with SQL scripts and complex queries a plus.
  • Be capable of meeting deadlines and thrive in a self-structured work environment.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail without losing the bigger picture.
  • Most importantly, you must work and play well with others.

The schedule is weekly, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. The job is an in-office position that currently allows for some work-from-home time on Fridays as the needs of the position permit.

 

Pay starts at $25/hour, depending on experience.
