Job Summary:

TAD PGS, INC. is seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Assembly Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble subassemblies and parts of sealed switches using manual and mechanical tools.
  • Work from detailed drawings, blueprints, and verbal or written instructions to complete tasks accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records and data as required by supervisors.
  • Identify and report defective materials or unusual conditions to supervisors promptly.
  • Meet personal production and quality standards as set by supervisors.
  • Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Reasonable dexterity in hands to manipulate small parts.
  • Specific vision abilities required for close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
