Your Role

As a Regional Sales Executive at Intermex Wire Transfer, you will implement established strategies for business expansion and objectives to enhance volume through both new and existing clientele.
  • Drive new revenue growth by targeting specific zip codes, including prospecting and onboarding new businesses in underserved areas through direct, face-to-face sales to small and mid-sized local enterprises.
  • Enhance profitability within the existing customer base.
  • Develop and adhere to weekly sales routes/plans to optimize district efficiencies, engaging with at least 50 retailers weekly.
  • Present our industry-leading suite of products and money transfer services effectively.
  • Strengthen current Agent relationships by exceeding expectations through regular sales visits, quarterly business evaluations, and consistently offering solutions.
  • Proactively manage all prospect data within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate across departments to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximize product offerings and profitability.
  • Achieve and surpass key performance indicators, including sales call activity, wire sales targets, agent activation goals, and gross margin sales objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish is essential.
  • A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated B2B, SMB territory sales experience is required.
  • Experience with retail networks, supermarkets, or the Money Transfer industry is preferred. Related experiences, such as prepaid card services (e.g., telephone cards, credit cards), may also be considered based on experience and network.
  • Multicultural experience is essential, with a preference for familiarity with Mexico and Guatemala.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • A personal vehicle and valid car insurance are mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel 90% of the time is expected.
