The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for handling tasks such as customer communication/complaints, scheduling/tracking shipments, and monitoring transportation data.
Summary of responsibilities:
  • Gather information, arrange & organize documentation, and follow up
  • Process and prioritize customer sample requests for different categories
  • Assist customers with scheduling shipments, order tracking, completion status, and feedback on delivery
  • Review refrigerated truck reports to ensure products remains within temperature compliance
  • Monitor freight invoices for accuracy, enter them into the system, and forward to accounts payable
  • Keep track of product complaints, submit complaint forms, and work with customers to resolve their issues

Desired qualifications:
  • H.S. Diploma, some college helpful
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a strong understanding of logistics processes and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and coordinate with various departments
