Accounting Logistics Specialist

An ideal candidate for our open Accounting Logistics Specialist is an individual who performs productively in a fast-paced work environment, possess strong communication skills, is detail oriented, and learns new tasks quickly all while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Job Description:

Inventory allocation to orders, dispatch note preparation, and order acknowledgement
Process invoices for both commercial and clinical divisions
Service contract renewal processing
RMA resolution and coordination
Budget and contract reconciliation
Managing intercompany inventory orders and drop shipments
Complete account reconciliations and analysis
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Assist with collections of past due balances
Reconcile and post incoming wire transfers, web orders, and checks

Core Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years’ work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems, expert level skill set with excel
Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles
Logistics experience, preferably with medical devices
Knowledge of ERP systems, Syspro preferred
Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills

Desired:

Clinical/medical industry experience would be advantageous
Experience with international banking and conversions a plus
