Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe key focus of the role is on sales growth in the Northwestern United States. The Sales Manager will support the commercial and technical activities of our distributors, sub-distributors, OEMs and end users that are already established as well as triggering further sales and revenue growth.

Direct reports to include Sales and Technical Reps in the region

Sales Support to Distributors and Clients:
  • Achieve growth and sales targets by supporting the local distributor/teams
  • Conduct Distributor’s sales team trainings and joint key account visits
  • Complete KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on activity set jointly
  • Identify growth market on existing and new segments / applications as well as triggering further sales and revenue growth.
  • Continuously monitor competition/market analysis
  • Execute Joint architectural and industrial visits with Distributors
  • Develop annual forecast with distributors and sales volume sequence
  • Develop new sub-distributor entities / network for existing Distributors
  • Work closely with Distributors on key projects
  • Initiate new marketing ideas/actions for Distributors, Sub-Distributors / Accsys group (project & OEM related)
  • Develop specific volume contracts with industrial clients
  • Direct communication channel with Customer Service, Marketing and Quality Control in EU
Experience
  • Strong track record in sales and Technical team leadership of wood or construction industry related products.
  • Good communication and Networking
  • Proficient with Office 365, particularly Power Point and Excel
Skills
  • Experienced with CRM system user
  • High level of Reliable follow through and communication
  • Hardworking and hands on mentality
  • Specifically Result Driven performer
  • Collaborative and innovative in work style to resolve issues arising and identify new, tangible opportunities for growth
Able to operate independently in carrying out an agreed plan which involves fostering engagement from market stake holders; for instance, fostering engagement of a distributor and system partner in developing regular business with a manufacturer
 

Physical Profile Requirements

The position will require ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces, remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, moving to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions, lifting or carrying objects up to 25 pounds, regularly communicating with others to exchange information, repeating motions that may include the feet, legs, hips, back, wrists, hands and/or fingers, operating machinery and/or power tools, Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment, assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned. Must be capable of operating a standard 1/2-ton pick-up for occasional delivery and pick-up of materials and personnel and hold a valid, unrestricted motor vehicle operator’s license issued by the state of residence, and the manual dexterity necessary to operate a standard desktop computer keyboard. Work may be performed in low temperatures, high temperatures, outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, noisy environments, and with hazardous conditions, in small and/or enclosed spaces.
