Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the management of a hotel operation. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of various departments, including engineering, operations, and sales. You will also work closely with the chief administrative officers to formulate and administer organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hotel Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Departmental Management: Direct and coordinate the activities of various departments, including engineering, operations, and sales.
  • Policy Formulation: Work with the chief administrative officers to formulate and administer organizational policies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of hotel/restaurant management experience.
  • Experience: Prior experience in hotel management, preferably with Marriott or Hilton brands.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
