About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agribusiness Sales Executive to join our team at Marsh McLennan Agency-Northwest. As a key member of our Agribusiness Specialty Practice, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the agricultural market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their risk management and insurance requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to develop innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Participate in our comprehensive training and development program to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the agricultural industry and its challenges.
