Position Overview:
If you have a passion for service and a desire to assist others, the role of Regional Sales Manager could be an excellent opportunity for you. This position is responsible for expanding and nurturing relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospitals, serving as a vital link between Incyte Diagnostics and the medical communities we support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue potential accounts within the designated territory.
• Develop and finalize new diagnostic opportunities with healthcare providers.
• Establish new accounts, including managing supply orders, training personnel, and comprehending the workflow of the accounts.
• Oversee both new and existing accounts, enhancing service delivery.
• Manage all aspects of interfaces, remote printing, and web-based reporting for clients.
• Provide solutions to issues for all accounts within the assigned territory.
• Represent Incyte Diagnostics at industry conferences and sponsorship events.
• Contribute valuable insights during necessary company meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, medical technology, or sciences is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Previous experience in laboratory or diagnostic sales is advantageous.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is essential.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Skills Required:
• Exceptional sales and customer service abilities, with a proven track record of attracting new clients and maintaining effective relationships.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Additional Requirements:
• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, along with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets the criteria outlined in the company’s Transportation Policy.
