Position Overview: Cancer Care Northwest is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Oncology Pharmacist responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care tailored to the patient's oncological condition, prescribed therapies, age group, and other specific requirements. This role involves providing comprehensive medication management to oncology patients to ensure safe and effective pharmacotherapy. The position necessitates independent decision-making, clinical expertise, and a profound understanding of oncology and therapeutics. The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist will report directly to the Director of Drug Operations.

Minimum Qualifications: To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current pharmacist license in the State of Washington or the ability to obtain it prior to the start date.
  • Experience: A minimum of two years in pharmacy practice or completion of a PGY-1 pharmacy residency, with at least one year of experience in oncology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Pharmacy Specialty (BCOP or BCPS).
  • Completion of a PGY-2 residency in oncology.
  • Familiarity with Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Compensation: Salary range is between $134,091 and $187,727.
