GENERAL FUNCTION:

Monitor the operations of the Center's Purchasing, Information Technology, Records, Food Services, Wellness Services and Logistics/Maintenance functions. Plans, organizes and manages the functions and activities required to provide administrative services required by the Center.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Services, Management Science, Operations Management, Organizational Behavior, or Public Administration and five (5) years of demonstrated managerial experience in administration, fiscal/budgetary planning and monitoring, and management which provided a review of the work of subordinates in Job Corps, human services, or other employment and training program which services disadvantaged youths.
