Key Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks and special projects
Oversee contract information and updates for clients, architects, and vendors
Support the textile department with showroom memo requests, stock checks, and mailing
Assist with general office needs and errands
Oversee time billing into our Studio Designer program
Provide backup coverage for front desk support in the absence of the Office Coordinator

Requirements:
2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Compensation:
$70-80k base salary
