Part-Time Recruiting Specialist

Position Summary
We are seeking a temporary recruiting specialist to work within the human resources department to assist with recruiting for corporate and operational branch openings. This position will be responsible for the entire recruiting cycle.
Work Schedule: This position can be remote or hybrid and will work Monday-Friday standard office hours (part time, 20-30 hours). This is a 3-month short-term project with no benefits.
Responsibilities
- Recruit for positions across the mid-west/mountain-west in operational branch openings in warehouses, drivers, counter sales, clerks, management levels, and corporate openings in sales and IT.
- Support the entire recruiting cycle from requisition approval, intake, posting, interviewing, and extension of an offer letter.
- Conduct recruiter phone screens and provide the team with notes and recommendations for next steps.
- Post, promote, and track jobs on Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Review resumes on Indeed and our applicant tracking system, ADP Workforce Now.
- Communicate with hiring managers and leadership on openings.
- Provide monthly reporting to the Director of Operations for operation openings.
- Create and attend hiring events as needed.
- Write offer letters and electronically send them to candidates for signage.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of human resources and/or recruiting experience.
- Proficient with Indeed and LinkedIn hiring platforms.
Other Qualifications
- Corporate recruiting is a plus.
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Legally permitted to work in the United States. (Do not remove)
