About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with the Zen Educate Teacher Success Team. This position is pivotal in onboarding prospective educators and aligning applicants with specific school requirements.

This role involves extensive communication with candidates, ensuring swift placement in teaching positions.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Engaging with teachers registering with Zen Educate to qualify their profiles, assess their preferences, and arrange interviews if they meet our standards.
  • Conducting preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates for available roles.
  • Understanding candidates' preferences deeply to identify the most suitable positions.
  • Promoting Zen Educate's mission and the value we provide in helping educators find ideal roles.
  • Guiding candidates through our screening and documentation processes, providing support as needed.
  • Creating a sense of urgency and enthusiasm when communicating with applicants to facilitate their onboarding.
  • Adapting to a dynamic startup environment that requires flexibility and quick thinking.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a preference for tech sales or recruitment.
  • Proactive outreach to educators on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with technology, including proficiency in Google Suite.
