Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryActs as the technical resource in support of small day to day site infrastructure operational initiatives, primarily those coming through the SIS Team ticketing queue. The administrator's primary role is building and supporting processes to maintain and update team technical documentation. Collaborates with the Site Infrastructure Engineers, Project Management and technology project and supports teams to ensure work aligns with current resource allocations.

Essential Job Functions
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Perform site infrastructure administrative tasks in support of the site requests for technology moves, adds and changes.
  2. Collaborate with more experienced engineers to provide follow-up and engineering assistance on defined problems
  3. Under supervision, assist with basic engineering tasks associated with planning, testing, deployment and support of smaller site infrastructure type projects.
  4. Under supervision perform entry level configuration of infrastructure integration technologies.
  5. Work with higher level site infrastructure engineers and project managers to help communicate resource needs outside of SIS to ensure project priorities are adhered to as needed to meet the overall needs of the organization.
  6. Update and maintain the reporting and dashboard functions associated with the SIS ticketing queue.
  7. Maintain a positive and optimistic working environment.
  8. Communicate areas where existing policies, procedures, and/or standards are inhibiting delivery of quality technical solutions and recommend changes/alterations.
  9. Provide periodic reports to management.
  10. Work with site engineering team to ensure site inventory data is maintained.
  11. Complete other assignments as requested by management.

Travel Requirements
5 - 15%. Travel would be required as needed to facilitate site due diligence assessments and to address any escalated support issues which required hands on resolution. Travel could be to any of the current locations where Client resorts, sales offices, or call centers are located
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications


  1. Education
    • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.

    • Continuing Education credits in Technology

  1. Knowledge and skills
    • Solid customer service skills
    • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
    • Organizational, analytical, and problem determination/resolution skills
    • Ability to prioritize concurrent projects at the task level.
    • Ability to work in a team structure, driving to aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment amongst IT professionals.
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts and subjects in a clear and concise manner.
    • Ability to work and effectively communicate with peers and outside vendors.

  1. Technical Skills
    • Basic level client/server architectural understanding
    • Basic level network and telecommunications architectural understanding
    • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite of products; MS Office, Visio and Project

  1. Job experience
    • 3+ years of work experience in a medium to large diverse in-depth, enterprise-wide technical environment integrating, implementing and supporting technologies, specifically around network and telecommunication and client/server integration.
