Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced 3D design software to create roadway, drainage, and Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) designs, along with associated calculations and drawings.
- Approach design challenges with creativity and propose innovative solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering reports.
- Oversee and review the work of technicians and designers.
- Act as the Engineer-of-Record for assigned projects.
- Manage tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Facilitate clear communication with team members, internal design groups, and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies.
- Present design solutions during internal meetings and contribute to discussions with external parties.
- Mentor and support the professional development of team members through positive engagement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred or to be obtained within six months of hire.
- Proficiency in Microstation and OpenRoads software.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
