Job DescriptionJob Description& You will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives. This leadership position requires a seasoned& HRprofessional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in dental services preferred but not required. The& Director& of& Human Resources will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, managing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.& RESPONSIBILITIES:& Strategic& HR& Planning:&
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement& HRstrategies that support organizational goals and objectives.&
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels and skills alignment.&
Employee Relations:&
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.&
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.&
Performance Management:&
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and enhance organizational performance.&
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and goal-setting.&
Training and Development:&
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.&
  • Collaborate with department heads to create career development paths for staff.&
Compliance:&
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.&
  • Stay abreast& of& industry trends and changes in& HR& laws to proactively address potential compliance issues.&
Benefits Administration:&
  • Oversee the administration& ofemployee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.&
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefits package to remain competitive in the industry.&
HR& Analytics and Reporting:&
  • Utilize& HR& analytics to measure and report on key& HR& metrics.&
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership on& HR& trends, challenges, and opportunities.&
QUALIFICATIONS:&
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).&
  • 8+ years& of& progressive human resources experience, with a minimum& of& 3 years in a leadership role.&
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in dental services, is highly desirable.&
  • Strong knowledge& of& employment laws and regulations.&
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into& HR initiatives.&
  • SHRM or& HRCI certification is a plus.
